► All accepted papers or abstracts must be covered by the Full Paper or Abstract Registration option by at least one co-author.
► Full papers should be up to 6 pages long. Authors of full papers can add up to 4 extra pages, at an additional cost of USD 70 per page. A full paper cannot be more than 10 pages long. References and any other additional material must be included in this number of pages.
► Full conference fees include: entrance to all conference presentations, conference souvenir, conference lunch, coffee breaks, admission to the conference banquet, and the electronic proceedings.
► IEEE Members must provide proof of their status by providing their IEEE member number during the registration process.
► Students must provide proof of their status with a copy of their student card sent with the registration form.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
► All registration fees covering a full paper are non-refundable.
► For registration fees not covering a full paper, a full refund, after a $70 processing fee, will be given, provided the request is applied for prior to the last day of the Early Registration deadline. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after that date.

May provide aggregate statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns, and related Web site information to third parties, but these statistics will include no personally identifying information. Put simply, we will not tell our business partners that you bought a particular item, but we may tell them how many customers in certain demographic groups bought certain items.
Force Majeure
The organizer cannot accept responsibility, refund, or pay any compensation where the performance of the conference is prevented or affected by reason of circumstances that amount to “force majeure”. Circumstances amounting to “force majeure” include any event which we could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such circumstances include fire, flood, explosion, storm or other weather damage, break-in, criminal damage, riots or civil strife, industrial action, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, war or threat of war, actual or threatened terrorist activity, epidemic and all similar situations beyond our control.
